Jernej Smukavec (born 6 August 1991 in Ljubljana, Slovenia) is a Slovenian footballer who plays as a striker. He trained with the youth teams of Olimpija, Slovan and Interblock. In his senior career, he played for Interblock, Dob and Domžale in the Slovenian PrvaLiga (34 appearances, 5 goals for Domžale), then for Rudar Trbovlje and Radomlje. He later moved to Austria, playing for DSG Klopeinersee, SV Gallizien, SV Ludmannsdorf and SC Ulrichsberg.
