Promotion and concept
YG announced Seung-yoon’s comeback for March 29 and revealed the tracklist on March 22, 2021. A concept teaser on March 23 showed lights changing colors to symbolize the album’s varied sounds. A sampler was released on March 29, followed by an online media showcase where Seung-yoon described Iyah as about the responsibilities and burdens of becoming an adult, and the album as a memoir.

Reception
Pre-orders surpassed 100,000 by April 5, 2021. Page debuted at No. 3 on the Gaon Album Chart in April, with 122,202 copies sold that month. Critics praised the songwriting and sincerity: Billboard Vietnam highlighted the personal messages, IZM praised Seung-yoon’s craft, and Vacancy Magazine called the album raw and vulnerable.

Songs and themes
Seung-yoon helped write and compose the songs, and the album centers on his experiences and messages to himself. Better (featuring Mino) explores regrets and past relationships. Iyah (featuring Yoon Jong-shin) presents life questions. Tread on Me was inspired by a sprout scene and a moment of witnessing it being stepped on.

Album editions
Prologue and Epilogue include a 104-page hardcover photobook, an accordion lyric book, and various random collectibles. The KiT version includes a package box, a random Air KiT, lyric and selfie photo cards, and masking tape.
