Sir James Milne Wilson KCMG (29 February 1812 – 29 February 1880) was a colonial Australian politician who served as the 8th Premier of Tasmania from 4 August 1869 to 4 November 1872. He was born in Banff, Scotland, the son of shipowner John Wilson and Barbara Gray. Wilson died in Hobart Town, Tasmania, on 29 February 1880 at the age of 68. Notably, he was born on 29 February and died on 29 February, making him a leap year baby. He followed Sir Richard Dry as premier and was succeeded by Frederick Innes.
