James Lemke (born 25 January 1988 in Melbourne) is a former Australian professional tennis player. He competed mainly on the ATP Challenger Tour and ITF Futures circuits, playing both singles and doubles. A right-handed player with a two-handed backhand, Lemke turned pro in 2006. He earned about US$97,047 in prize money. Lemke reached his best singles ranking of No. 224 on 6 June 2011, and his best doubles ranking of No. 293 on 10 October 2011. In Grand Slam events, he appeared in the Australian Open qualifiers (Q1) in 2010, 2011 and 2012, and reached the doubles main draw at the Australian Open in 2011 (1R). He did not win any ATP Tour titles, but he did win six ITF Futures singles titles and six ITF Futures doubles titles. He reached 13 ITF Futures singles finals (winning 6) and 11 ITF Futures doubles finals (winning 6). Lemke resided in Melbourne during his career.
