Baltasar de Figueroa, O. Cist. (December 29, 1634 – September 8, 1684) was a Roman Catholic bishop who led the Diocese of Santiago de Cuba from 1683 to 1684. He was born in Jaén, Spain, and became a priest in the Cistercian Order. On May 10, 1683, Pope Innocent XI appointed him Bishop of Santiago de Cuba, succeeding Juan Antonio García de Palacios. He served until his death in Santiago de Cuba on September 8, 1684, at age 49. He was succeeded by Diego Evelino Hurtado de Compostela.
