Diocese of Fondi (Latin: Dioecesis Fundana) was a Roman Catholic diocese in Fondi, Lazio, central Italy. It was established in 237 under the Archdiocese of Capua. In 1818 it was suppressed and incorporated into the Diocese of Gaeta. In 1968 it was restored as a titular see, an honorary title for bishops without a diocese of their own.
