Jack Baldwin (born 30 June 1993) is an English footballer who plays as a centre-back for Colchester United in League Two.

Born in Barking, Greater London, he started his senior career with Faversham Town and earned a trial with Hartlepool United. He joined Hartlepool and made his first-team debut in December 2011. He became a regular in the side over the next few seasons, scoring his first senior goals in January 2013, and helped Hartlepool grow as a solid defensive unit before moving to Peterborough United in January 2014 for around £500,000. At Peterborough, he served as a key defender and captain in later seasons.

In July 2018, Baldwin joined Sunderland. He scored his first goal for the club in October 2018 and remained with Sunderland until 2020, spending a season on loan at Salford City during that time. He then signed for Bristol Rovers in July 2020, making his league debut in October and scoring in that match.

In August 2021, he moved to Ross County in Scotland and was named captain ahead of the 2023–24 season. He returned to England in July 2024 with Northampton Town on a two-year deal. In August 2025, his contract with Northampton was terminated by mutual consent, and he joined Colchester United.

Baldwin is versatile, able to play at centre-back, right-back, or in midfield. He has been praised for his reading of the game and leadership, with early comparisons to a young Alan Hansen. Before turning professional, he planned to study Sports Therapy at Kent.
