Innværfjorden is a small fjord in Bømlo Municipality, Vestland county, Norway. It lies to the south of the village of Rubbestadneset on the east side of the island of Bømlo. The fjord is about 3.5 kilometers long and flows west from the Stokksund strait. It starts near Osparøya between Justenakken and Rubbestadneset, then curves a bit to the southwest. The south side has Klenesvågen and Ekornsætre. The village of Innvær sits on the west side, giving the fjord its name. Between Innvær and Rubbestadneset, a narrow arm extends about 1.5 kilometers north to Stangarvågen, crossed by a 15-meter bridge on County Road 541 toward Rubbestadneset.
