Iliad Media Group is a Boise-area media company that owns several popular radio stations in Boise and Twin Falls. Based in Nampa, Idaho, it is one of the few U.S. radio groups that is 100% employee-owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

The company started when Wendell Starke, chairman of investment firm Invesco, began buying radio stations in the early 2000s. In 2007, after acquiring Wild 101 (KWYD) and Bob FM (KSRV) as anchors, Impact Radio Group was formed. CEO Darrell Calton joined in 2008 and reorganized the lineup, growing to eight formats with flagship stations like 101.9 The Bull, 96.1 Bob FM, and My 102.7.

In January 2018, Impact Radio Group changed its name to Iliad Media Group and bought Locally Owned Radio, expanding to 13 stations in Boise and Twin Falls. In 2021, Iliad launched the Listen Boise app to reach listeners beyond traditional radio. On October 7, 2021, Fox Sports Boise began broadcasting on a subchannel, bringing the total to 14 stations (with some on subchannels).

In 2022, Wendell Starke sold the company to its 46 employees through an ESOP, making Iliad one of only a few fully employee-owned radio groups in the United States and the only Boise-area radio company owned by its employees. In 2023, the company was recognized by Mentoring and Inspiring Women in Radio and named a Top Workplace by The Idaho Press.

Iliad Media Group operates several well-known stations in the Boise and Twin Falls markets, including brands such as The Bull, Bob FM, My 102.7, Wild 101, and Fox Sports Boise.
