iCELL Network Pte Ltd was a private Singapore-based company that provided wireless infrastructure and data management services. It was founded in January 2004 as a spin-off from PC-Connect, which itself originated from Neat Technologies in 2002. Ken Chua served as CEO around 2013.

In the 2000s, iCELL was one of three operators chosen by Singapore's Infocomm Development Authority (IDA) for the Wireless@SG program.

In July 2013, iCELL was dropped from the Wireless@SG program because its proposal did not meet IDA's requirements for the next deployment phase. In 2015, Chua Thiong Kien, then a director at PC Connect, was sentenced to six months in prison for cheating IDA. He submitted an expense claim of S$379,200 that included an invoice for 425 Internet cameras from PC Connect; in reality only 44 cameras were purchased.
