I Don't Hurt Anymore is a country song written by Don Robertson and Jack Rollins. The original 1954 version was performed by Hank Snow (The Singing Ranger) and His Rainbow Ranch Boys. It was recorded on December 16, 1953 and released on April 14, 1954 by RCA Victor (20-5698), with the B-side “My Arabian Baby.” The track runs 2 minutes 31 seconds and was published on May 17, 1954 by Hill and Range Songs, Inc., New York.

In 1990, Canadian group Prairie Oyster covered the song on their album Different Kind of Fire. Their version was released as a single in May 1990 (B-side “But You Said”) on RCA. It reached number 70 on the Billboard Hot Country Singles chart in the United States and number 5 on Canada’s RPM Country Tracks chart. The songwriters are Don Robertson and Jack Rollins, and the Prairie Oyster track was produced by Steve Berlin.
