Jackie Hughes (born 13 December 1923) was a Welsh professional boxer. He was born in Pontypridd, Glamorgan, and fought as a featherweight, standing 5 ft 8 in tall. In his career he had 47 fights, with 24 wins (7 by knockout), 20 losses and 3 draws. Hughes became the Welsh featherweight champion in 1949 and defended the title twice.
