Do is the fifth studio album by American comedy metal band Psychostick. It was released July 24, 2018, and became available on streaming services July 27 after the band left the Rock Ridge label and self-released the record. Recorded from 2014 to 2018 in the band’s own studio, the album runs 64 minutes and 41 seconds and blends alternative metal with comedy rock. It is dedicated to Rustin Luther, Urizen’s bassist who died in 2017 of a brain tumor; Luther is featured in Introvert Party Time. This is the last Psychostick studio album to feature bassist Matty Rzemyk, who left the band in 2024. The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Comedy Albums chart. Singles include “Adulting” (October 30, 2017) and “From the Heart (I Hate You)” (March 8, 2018). Do was the second album recorded in the band’s own studio, funded by fans during preparations for IV: Revenge of the Vengeance. The title was announced during a July 25, 2018 Twitch livestream, and the album was released on the band’s website during that stream after four years of work. A music video for “Do” premiered on the same livestream and on YouTube, with other tracks performed and later posted. All music was written by Joshua Key, except where noted.
