Bad Ems-Nassau is a collective municipality (Verbandsgemeinde) in the Rhein-Lahn-Kreis district of Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. The seat is in Bad Ems. It was created on 1 January 2019 by merging the former Verbandsgemeinden Bad Ems and Nassau. The municipality is made up of several local municipalities (Ortsgemeinden).
