Jørgen Breiholt Jørgensen (April 1, 1936 – January 2016) was a Danish cyclist who rode for CC Gladsaxe. He was 171 cm tall and weighed 60 kg.

He competed in the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome in the 100 km team time trial, alongside Knud Enemark Jensen, Niels Baunsøe and Vagn Bangsborg. The race took place on August 26 on Viale Cristoforo Colombo, in very hot conditions (about 42°C). Jørgensen dropped out on the first lap due to heat stroke.
