The ska-punk song runs 3:23 and was written by Vinnie Fiorello, Roger Lima, Derron Nuhfer, Pete Anna, Buddy Schaub, and Chris DeMakes, and produced by Howard Benson. The single reached number 39 on the Modern Rock Tracks chart. It follows Howie J. Reynolds (1997) and precedes All My Best Friends are Metalheads (2000).
