Arto Kalevi Härkönen, born 31 January 1959 in Helsinki, Finland, is a retired Finnish javelin thrower. He is 1.90 m tall and weighed 88 kg during his career. His personal best is 92.40 metres, set in 1984. He won the Olympic gold medal in the javelin at the 1984 Los Angeles Games with a throw of 86.76 metres, and he also won gold at the 1979 Universiade in Mexico City.
