Masulita is a town in Wakiso District in Uganda’s Central Region. As of April 2021, it is one of four town councils in the district. The town sits about 12.5 km north of Kakiri, 22 km northwest of Wakiso (the district capital), and about 38 km by road from Kampala, the capital. Its coordinates are roughly 0.5122°N, 32.3664°E. Masulita covers about 56 square kilometers (21.7 square miles) and sits about 1,138 meters above sea level.

The population has grown quickly in recent years: 11,564 people in 2002; 14,762 in 2014; about 15,400 in 2015; and around 21,300 in 2020 (roughly half male and half female). The average annual growth rate from 2015 to 2020 was about 6.7%.

Masulita has several Christian churches and primary schools. Masulita Secondary School is in the town center, and Masulita Central Market is at the southeast corner of the main road intersection in the town center.
