Rainbow Boulevard (Las Vegas)
Rainbow Boulevard is a north–south road in the Las Vegas Valley, mostly in Clark County, Nevada. A part of it is designated State Route 595 (SR 595). SR 595 starts at Tropicana Avenue and runs north along Rainbow Boulevard for about 5.495 miles (8.843 km) to the I-11/U.S. 95 interchange near the Rainbow Curve. The rest of Rainbow Boulevard continues north to Horse Drive in northern Las Vegas. The southern end used to extend to Blue Diamond Road (SR 160) but was shortened to Tropicana Avenue in 2006. The road was formerly Lorenzi Boulevard north of Westcliff Drive. Rainbow Boulevard is maintained by the Nevada Department of Transportation and is part of the National Highway System. RTC Transit routes 101 Rainbow and 219 Craig operate along this road. Major intersections include Flamingo Road (SR 592) in Spring Valley, I-11/US 95, and Washington Avenue in Las Vegas.
