Hips, Hips, Hooray! is a 1934 American comedy with lots of silly, physical humor. It stars Bert Wheeler and Robert Woolsey, along with Ruth Etting, Thelma Todd, and Dorothy Lee. The film runs about 68 minutes and was released by RKO on February 2, 1934. It had a budget of around $336,000 and grossed about $625,000, making a small profit.

In the story, Amelia Frisby runs a beauty-supply business and hires two goofy salesmen, Andy Williams and Dr. Bob Dudley, to promote a new flavored lipstick. A romantic subplot featuring Ruth Etting was planned but cut; she appears in only one scene. The movie includes Etting singing "Keep Romance Alive" and Wheeler and Lee performing "Keep on Doin' What You're Doin'"—a song written by Bert Kalmar and Harry Ruby for Duck Soup.

Not Tonight, Josephine, a two-color Technicolor short, played before the feature in theaters. The New York Times critic Andre Sennwald noted the film would please fans of Wheeler and Woolsey and acknowledged a few standout gags amid the routine humor.
