Hermitage was a fine-dining French restaurant in Rijsoord, Netherlands. It opened in 1994 and was led by head chef Jan Klein. It earned one Michelin star in 1995 and kept it until it closed in 2014. In 2013, Gault Millau rated it 15 out of 20. Hermitage was a member of Alliance Gastronomique Néerlandaise. The restaurant originally started in Zwijndrecht and moved to Rijsoord in 1999. The building, called Wapen van Rijsoord, is a protected monument that began as a farm around 1800.

Hermitage closed on 10 June 2014 after Klein filed for bankruptcy, with the main reasons cited as the expensive historic building and a pricing campaign that favored price over quality. A new restaurant, Ross Lovell, opened in the same building on 31 October 2014. Address: Rijksstraatweg 67, Rijsoord, 2988 BB, Netherlands. Seating capacity was about 60.
