Jovana Sazdovska (born 27 June 1993 in Skopje, North Macedonia) is a Macedonian handball player who plays as a left wing. She is 1.77 meters tall and plays for CSM Slatina in Romania, as well as the North Macedonia women’s national handball team.

Career
She started playing handball at age 12 with Metalurg in Skopje, where she played from 2006 to 2016. She then moved to Măgura Cisnădie in Romania (2016–2017), ŽRK Vardar Skopje (2017–2018), Thüringer HC in Germany (2018–2020), Dunărea Brăila in Romania (2020–2023), and CSM Slatina (2023–present).

Honours
- With Metalurg: Macedonian First League and Macedonian Cup titles (2010–2012).
- European competition: Runner-up in the 2017–18 EHF Champions League with Vardar Skopje.
- Germany: DHB-Pokal winner with Thüringer HC in 2019.
- EHF Cup: Competed with Dunărea Brăila, scoring 26 goals.

International career
Sazdovska has represented North Macedonia at the European Championships in 2022 and 2024. As of 12 November 2024, she has 45 caps and 124 goals for the national team.
