Borownia is a small village in south-central Poland. It is part of Gmina Ćmielów in Ostrowiec County, Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. The village has about 30 residents. It lies roughly 5 km northeast of Ćmielów, 12 km east of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, and 67 km east of Kielce, the regional capital. Coordinates: 50.9175°N, 21.5625°E.
