Heaven Sent Brandy was the world's smallest dog by length, measuring 15.2 cm (6 inches). She held the title from January 31, 2005, and was listed by Guinness World Records. Born December 31, 2003, Brandy died in July 2014 in Largo, Florida. She was owned by Paulette Keller of Hudson, Florida.

Brandy was bred by Marlene and Matthew Ritzenthaler. Her sire was Sevenbark Devil's Gold, an AKC-registered Chihuahua and UKC Best in Show winner, and her dam was Creel's Carmelita, an AKC Chihuahua and champion producer. She once faced a challenge from Tom Thumb, a Jack Russell-Chihuahua mix puppy.
