Thomas Day Singleton (birth date unknown – November 25, 1833) was a slaveowner and politician from South Carolina. He was born near Kingstree, South Carolina, though his exact birth date is not known. He served in the South Carolina House of Representatives from 1826 to 1833. In 1833, he was elected as a Nullifier to the Twenty-Third Congress of the United States, but he never qualified. He served from March 3, 1833, until his death on November 25, 1833, in Raleigh, North Carolina, while en route to Washington, D.C. Singleton was buried in the Congressional Cemetery in Washington, D.C.
