Tsung Yuen Ha (Chinese: 松園下) is a village in Ta Kwu Ling, North District, Hong Kong. It is a recognised village under the New Territories Small House Policy and is represented in the Ta Kwu Ling District Rural Committee. For elections, it is in the Sha Ta constituency, currently represented by Ko Wai-kei. In 1911, the village had 39 men and 46 women. Coordinates: 22°33′08″N, 114°09′25″E.
