The Georgia Bulldogs women's volleyball team represents the University of Georgia in NCAA Division I and the Southeastern Conference. They play home matches at Stegeman Coliseum in Athens, Georgia (capacity 10,523). The program began in 1978 under Sid Feldman, wears red and black, and is led by head coach Tom Black in his seventh season. As of 2024, Georgia has an all-time record of 935-630 and has had eight head coaches.

History in brief: The Bulldogs won the SEC regular-season and tournament titles in 1985 and earned their first NCAA tournament bid that year. They repeated as SEC regular-season champions in 1986 and again appeared in the NCAA tournament. Under Jim Lams (1989–1995) they made five straight NCAA appearances, including a 1993 third-round run. After a quieter period, the team returned to the NCAA bracket in 2004, then again in 2013, 2019, 2022, and 2023, with the 2022 squad reaching the second round. Georgia has also made NCAA regional semifinals in 1985, 1986, and 1993.
