Harpalus giacomazzoi is a species of ground beetle in the Harpalinae subfamily. It was described by Kataev and Wrase in 1996 and is endemic to Sichuan, China. The beetle is typically about 8.4–8.8 mm long and 3.6–3.7 mm wide, though some individuals reach 10.2–10.6 mm long and 4.4–4.6 mm wide. Its antennae and palps are brownish-yellow, with a black head and dark brown or black tibiae.
