Haerman Lanzl House
The Haerman Lanzl House is a historic home at 1635 Linden Avenue in Highland Park, Illinois. Built in 1921, it was designed in the Prairie School style by architect John S. Van Bergen, a former employee of Frank Lloyd Wright. This house was Van Bergen’s first Prairie School project in Highland Park and the first of his designs there to use stratified limestone on the exterior. The property covers about half an acre. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places on September 29, 1982.
