Green Bay Phoenix women's basketball represents the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay in NCAA Division I. They compete in the Horizon League and play home games at the Kress Events Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin (capacity 4,018). The team colors are green and white, and they are nicknamed the Phoenix. Head coach Kayla Karius is in her second season.

The program is known for sustained success, entering this season with 46 consecutive winning seasons, one of the longest streaks in women’s college basketball. The Phoenix reached the NCAA Sweet Sixteen in 2011 and have made 20 NCAA tournament appearances, with NAIA appearances twice.

They have won numerous Horizon League regular-season and tournament titles, including recent championships in 2024 and 2025. Three jerseys have been retired: Quigley and Barta (dedicated in 2011) and Chari Nordgaard (No. 33, retired January 28, 2024, in a ceremony during a game against Wright State).
