Brandenberg is a small municipality in Tyrol, Austria, in the Kufstein district. It includes the village of Brandenberg and the Aschau area. The town sits in the Brandenberger Ache valley, a contributor to the Inn River, and the northern border touches Germany.

Nearby Austrian and German towns are Achenkirch, Breitenbach am Inn, Kramsach, Kreuth, Rottach-Egern, Steinberg am Rofan, and Thiersee.

Brandenberg was first mentioned in 1140 and became an independent municipality in the early 19th century. It covers 130.17 square kilometers and sits at an elevation of 919 meters.

As of 2021, about 1,531 people live there. A local specialty cake is Prügeltorte.
