Long Metapa, also known as Long Mentepah, is a settlement in Sarawak, Malaysia. It lies about 580 kilometers east-northeast of Kuching, the state capital, and sits at about 1,421 meters above sea level in the dense Borneo rainforest.

The area has been described as a jungle shelter. In 1994, the Samling Company ran a logging camp there. The surrounding rainforest has long been home to the Penan and other indigenous peoples, who live along rivers and forest trails. They work with NGOs to protect the forest from deforestation by timber and mining companies. The Penan maintain traditional practices such as blowpipe hunting, making tools and crafts, and traditional fishing, though modernization and outside influences pose challenges to these customs.
