Grans is a small commune in southern France, in the Bouches-du-Rhône department of the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. It belongs to the Istres arrondissement and the Salon-de-Provence-2 canton, and is part of the Aix-Marseille-Provence intercommunalité. The town covers about 128 square kilometers and has around 5,500 residents (2023). The population density is about 199 people per square kilometer.
