Golden Broadcast Professionals
Golden Broadcast Professionals, Inc. (GBP) is a broadcasting company based in Zamboanga City, Philippines. It runs a radio station (DXEL-FM) and a TV station (DXGB-TV) that began in August 1992 at Campaner Street. GBP’s stations are affiliated with Quest Broadcasting and TV5 Network. They were formerly linked with Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation and Radio Mindanao Network. The TV channel has been with TV5 from 1992–1998 and again since 2004. The FM station, once called 95.5 Gold FM, joined Quest Broadcasting on May 1, 2000. Besides network programs, GBP airs blocktime movies and covers local issues in Zamboanga, and it has several cable affiliates in the Zamboanga Peninsula.
