Gmina Lipka is a rural administrative district in Złotów County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. The seat is the village of Lipka, about 21 km northeast of Złotów and 124 km north of Poznań. The gmina covers 191.01 square kilometers and has a population of 5,561 (as of 2006). It includes the villages of Batorówko, Batorowo, Białobłocie, Bługowo, Czyżkówko, Czyżkowo, Debrzno-Wieś, Huta, Kiełpin, Łąkie, Łąkie-Gogolin, Laskowo, Lipka, Mały Buczek, Nowe Potulice, Nowy Buczek, Osowo, Potulice, Scholastykowo, Smolnica, Stołuńsko, Trudna and Wielki Buczek. It borders the gminas of Debrzno, Okonek, Sępólno Krajeńskie, Więcbork, Zakrzewo and Złotów.
