Gemmelaincourt
Gemmelaincourt is a small commune in northeastern France. It is in the Vosges department, Grand Est region, in the arrondissement of Neufchâteau and the canton of Vittel. It is part of the Terre d’eau intercommunal community.
The village covers 17.42 square kilometers and sits at elevations between 328 and 431 meters (average about 379 m). As of 2023, 120 people live there.
Key features include the town hall and a school. Sights include the church of Saint Maurus, Bassompierre Castle, the manor Le Jardin des Lys, and four old wash houses.
The mayor for 2022–2026 is Jean-Luc Yardin.
