Gabriel Simo (March 15, 1937 – November 24, 2017) was a Cameroonian Roman Catholic bishop. He was born in Bapa, Hauts-Plateaux, and was ordained a priest on March 27, 1966.

On January 26, 1987, Pope John Paul II appointed him auxiliary bishop of Douala and titular bishop of Sereddeli. He was consecrated as a bishop on April 26, 1987, by Archbishop Donato Squicciarini and other church leaders. His Bamileke origin sparked protests from some local priests in Douala who accused the church of Bamilekisation.

On November 11, 1994, he was appointed auxiliary bishop of the Diocese of Bafoussam. Pope Francis accepted his retirement for age on September 14, 2013. Gabriel Simo died on November 24, 2017, in Bafoussam.
