Frederick Anthony Cina (February 19, 1908 – October 31, 1984) was an American lawyer and Democratic politician from Aurora, Minnesota. He grew up in Aurora, finished Aurora High School, and earned a law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1930. Cina served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He practiced law in Aurora and nearby Virginia, Minnesota, and married Ruth Bloomquist in 1940; they had three children. In 1942 he ran for the Minnesota Senate but was not elected. He served in the Minnesota House of Representatives from 1947 to 1969, representing the 61st district (1947–1963) and the 62nd district (1963–1969). He was a member of the Democratic Party. Cina also served on the University of Minnesota Board of Regents from 1969 to 1975. He died in Aurora, Minnesota, in 1984 and is buried at Forest Hill Cemetery.
