2015–16 Alabama Crimson Tide women's basketball team.
During the season, they won the Nugget Classic. They played in the Southeastern Conference (SEC) and finished with an overall record of 15–16, going 4–12 in SEC play to finish 12th. Head coach Kristy Curry was in her third season, with assistants Kelly Curry and Shereka Wright. Home games were held at Foster Auditorium, with two games played at Coleman Coliseum.
In postseason play, Alabama lost in the first round of the SEC tournament to LSU. They were invited to the Women's National Invitation Tournament (WNIT) but were eliminated in the first round by Tulane.
