Francis Mond Professor of Aeronautical Engineering
The Francis Mond Professor of Aeronautical Engineering is a Cambridge University professorship. It was created in 1919 from a donation by Emile Mond in memory of his son, Francis Mond, who studied at Peterhouse and was killed on 15 May 1918 while serving with the Royal Air Force on the Western Front.
