Francesco Megale (3 March 1615 – 4 November 1681) was an Italian Catholic bishop who served as the Bishop of Isola from 1679 until his death in 1681.

Born in San Mauro Marchesato, Italy, Megale was appointed Bishop of Isola on 27 November 1679 during the papacy of Pope Innocent XI. He was consecrated as bishop on 30 November 1679 by Cardinal Alessandro Crescenzi, with co-consecrators Prospero Bottini and Pier Antonio Capobianco. He led the diocese as successor to Carlo Rossi and was followed by Francesco Martini. He died on 4 November 1681 in Isola di Capo Rizzuto, Italy, at the age of 66.
