Franc Abulnar

Franc Abulnar (11 July 1909 – 18 November 1995) was a Yugoslav cyclist from Ljubljana. He rode for the Hermes Ljubljana team. Abulnar was the first Slovenian to compete in the Tour de France, taking part in 1936. He finished second in the Yugoslav National Road Race Championships in 1938. He was born in Ljubljana when it was part of Austria-Hungary and died in Winnipeg, Canada.
