Lilián Jesús Villanueva Chan is a Mexican model from Quintana Roo, raised in Chetumal. She won Nuestra Belleza Quintana Roo 2000 and Nuestra Belleza Internacional México 2001. She represented Quintana Roo at Nuestra Belleza México 2000 in Apizaco, Tlaxcala on September 2, 2000, competing against 43 other contestants. Although she qualified to represent Mexico at Miss International in 2001, the national franchise was not available that year. Instead, she competed in Colombia in the International Queen of Flowers pageant, and on August 11, 2001 she became the winner—the only Mexican woman to win that title. In September 2009, she received the Corona al Merito award for her pageant achievements.
