Florida State Road 424 (SR 424) is a short state highway in Orange County, Florida, in the Orlando area. The SR 424 segment is about 2.6 miles long and runs from State Road 434 at the Orlando–Lockhart line eastward to West Par Street and Edgewood Drive in northern Orlando. Historically, the road extended further to Plymouth on Plymouth Sorrento Road, but it was downgraded to County Road 424 (CR 424) and later cut by the Apopka Expressway (State Road 414). Today, CR 424 begins at U.S. Route 441 in Apopka, travels briefly under SR 414, and continues east to meet SR 424 and SR 434 at the Orlando city line. The entire SR 424/CR 424 corridor is about 9.7 miles long, all within Orange County.
