First International Telecom (FITEL; Chinese: 大眾電信; pinyin: Dàzhòng Diànxìn) was a Taiwanese mobile phone company. It started in April 1997 as a paging service and expanded in May 2001 by launching a PHS (Personal Handy-Phone System) network. The company went bankrupt in 2014.
