Fiola Vliete
Fiola Vliete (born 22 October 1998) is a Namibian footballer who plays as a forward for Beauties in the FNB Women's Super League and for the Namibia national team. She was born in Rehoboth and grew up in Block E. She attended Oanob Primary and Rehoboth High School, and started playing street football before joining Rehoboth Amakrombies FC. Originally a goalkeeper, she later switched to playing as a striker. She played for V-Power Angels from 2018 to 2021, and since 2023 has been with Beauties, wearing the number 10. Vliete earned her first call-up to the Namibia national team in 2021 for friendlies against Angola, and made her debut on 7 April 2021 in a 4–0 win, coming on as a substitute in the 71st minute for Memory Ngonda. Since then, she has been a regular member of the Brave Gladiators, taking part in the COSAFA Women's Championship in 2021, 2022, 2023, and 2024. In 2024 she scored her first international goals, including a hat-trick against Seychelles on the second matchday.
