Paul Sidney Wingard (1930 – June 11, 2014) was an American politician and Republican who served in the Ohio House of Representatives. He represented the 40th district from January 3, 1975 to December 31, 1976. He was born in Akron, Ohio in 1930 and lived there. Wingard died on June 11, 2014, in Brighton, Tennessee, at age 84. He was preceded in office by Claude Fiocca and succeeded by Thomas C. Sawyer.
