Filodrillia crebrespirata is a small sea snail in the family Borsoniidae. It was first described in 1909 by Verco as Drillia crebrespirata. The shell reaches about 5.5 mm in length and 2.1 mm in width, and is more solid and opaque than Filodrillia lacteola. It has 15 spiral ridges on the second-to-last (penultimate) whorl and 50 on the body whorl, crossed by many crowded incremental lines. This marine snail is endemic to Australia, occurring off the southern coast.
