Nadaur Assembly constituency
Nadaur Assembly constituency, located in Sonitpur district of Assam, is one of the 126 assembly constituencies in the state and is part of the Tezpur Lok Sabha constituency. Established in 1962, it has no reservation. It was formerly known as Sootea (Constituency No. 75) and was renamed to Nadaur in 2023. The current MLA is Padma Hazarika of the BJP, who was elected in 2021 to the 15th Assam Legislative Assembly.
