Figueiras, Cape Verde
Figueiras is a small settlement in the northern part of the island of Santo Antão, Cape Verde. It lies in a mountain valley about 20 km northwest of Porto Novo, the island’s capital. The southern part of Figueiras is within Moroços Natural Park. The settlement is in the Ribeira Grande municipality and the parish of São Pedro Apóstolo. In 2010 it had a population of 401 people.
